Librarian : The Aliah University Act, 2007. (The Schedule.) (i) The Librarian shall be a whole time officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Majlis-i-Muntazimah (Executive Council) on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose under the Statutes. (ii) The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to him/her by the Majlis-i-Muntazimah (Executive Council).
