At a meeting of the Darbar-i-Aliah (Court), the Majlis-i-Muntazimah (Executive Council), Majlis-i-Talimi (Academic Council) or any other authority or body of the University, the person presiding at the meeting shall not vote in the first in~tance, but shall have and exercise a casting vote in case of tie.
