Alumni (Old students') Association: (a) There shall be an Alumni (Old Students') Association for the University. (b) No person shall be a member of the Association unless - (i) He. has paid such subscription, satisfies such conditions as may be prescribed by the Ordinances; and (ii) He is a graduate of the University.
