Committee: The Aliah University Act, 2007. (The Schedule.) Any authority of the University may appoint as many Standing or Special Committees as it may deem fit, consisting of members of the authority making such appointment and of such other persons (if any) as that authority in each case may think fit; and any such Committee may deal with any subject assigned to it subject to subsequent confirmation of the authority appointing it. _20. Terms and conditions of Service of University Te~chers: All the teachers of the University, shall, iri the absence of any agreement of the contract, be governed by the terms and conditions of service as specified in the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations. Every teacher of the University shall be appointed on a written contract, the form of which shall be prescribed by the Ordinances and a copy of the contract shall be deposited with the Musajjil (Registrar).
