(1) The State Government may constitute a Board to be known as West Bengal State Marketing Board, in such manner and with such number of official and non-official members, as may be prescribed. (2) The Board constituted under sub-section (1) shall perform such duties and in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The State Government may delegate all or any of the powers exercisable by it by or under this Act to the Board constituted under sub- section (1).
