(1) Every Bar Association shall, on or before the 30th April each year, send to the Bar Council a list of members of the Association as on the 31st March of that year. (2) Every Bar Association shall inform the Bar Council, in writing, of— (a) any change of office-bearers and members of the executive committee of the Association within thirty days of such change; (b) any change of membership (including admission and readmission of members) within thirty days of such change; (c) the cessation of practice, retirement or suspension from practice of any member of the Association within thirty days of the occurrence thereof; (d) such other matters as may be prescribed or required by the Bar Council from time to time.
