The State Government may provide to the Corporation such capital as the State Government may consider necessary for the purpose of carrying out all or any of its functions under this Act, subject to such terms and conditions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as the State Government may determine: Provided that any sum received from the Advocates Welfare Funds under the West Bengal Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1991, shall also form a part of the capital of the Corporation.
