The Corporation shall establish construction in engineering wing for the purpose of the construction of housing and maintenance thereof as a part of welfare measure for the advocates coming under the purview of this Act: Provided that the engineer from engineering cadre shall be deputed for the purpose of this Act from the Public Works Department of the State Government.
