No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against the Commission or any Member or any officer or employee of the Commission for anything, or any injury or damage caused or likely to be caused by anything, which is in good faith done or intended to be done under any provision of this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
