(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor on recommendation of the Sponsoring trust in such manner, as may be provided for by the Statutes. (2) All contracts shall be signed and all documents and records shall be authenticated by the Registrar on behalf of the University. (3) The Registrar shall be the Member Secretary of the Governing Board and the Academic Council but he shall not have a right to vote.
