(1) The West Bengal Acquisition and Settlement Of 'West Ben Homestead Land Ordinance, 1969, is hereby repealed. Ord. VII of 1969. (2) Anything done or any action taken under the West Bengal Acquisition and_ Settlement of Homestead Land Ordinance, 1969, shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 22.nd day of May, 1969.
