Plaintiffs and defendants shall allowed to employ, a relative, a servant or dependant to act in their behalf in suits which may be brought before the Collectors of zilas under this Regulation, under the same provisions as are prescribed[x x x] for suits before the District Munsifs. Certain obsolete words have been repealed by Central Act XII of 1876.
