Subject to such conditions, if any, as may be imposed, the State Government may, if it is considered necessary so to do in the public interest by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any area or any species of trees from all or any of the provisions of this Act. Provision of this Act to be in addition to any other Law for the time being in force
