(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and any rules that may be made in this behalf, a Tribunal shall follow the same procedure as is provided in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in regard to suits. (2) The provisions of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, shall be deemed to apply in all respects to the adjudication of disputes by a Tribunal. Awards by Trivbunals
