(1) Where the Board is superseded under the provisions of section 44, a new Board shall be constituted with one year of the date of suppression, in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) As soon as a new Board is constituted under sub-section (1), the State 274 Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, transfer the administration of the waqfs to such Board and there-upon the Administrator appointed the State Government shall cease to exercise the functions of the Board from the date of the publication of such notification.
