[(1) Where any waqf is entitled to be paid any annuity on account of rehabilitation grant under section 99 of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950, any contribution payable by such waqf under section 34 of the extent of six percent of the aggregate of the said annuity and of the interest payable to the waqf on Zamindari Abolition Compensation Bond Stock Certificates issued under the rules made under the said Act, may be paid by the State Government out of such annuity on production by the Secretary of the Board of a certificate in the prescribed form]: Provided, however, that the amount paid shall not exceed six percent of the annuity. (2) Any sum paid by the State Government under and in accordance with sub- section (1) shall be full discharge of the State Government to the extent of the amount so paid.
