1[If any of the bodies referred to in clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 12]8 [does not exist or is unable or fails to return the requisite number of members]3 [within such time as may be specified by the State Government in that behalf]2 the deficiency shall be made good by nomination of a [Shia Muslim]9 by the State Government.]1 [Notification of constitution of the Board 13-A As soon as may be after the election, nomination and co-option of the members and the election of the President has been completed, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette notify that the Board has been duly.
