(1) The Uttar Pradesh Municipalities, Notified Areas and Town Areas (Alpakalik Vyavastha) Adhiniyam, 1977 and the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities, Notified Areas and Town Areas (Alpakalik Vyavastha)) Adhyadesh, 1994 are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Adhyadesh shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if 230 this Act were in force at all material times.
