Whoever discharges firearms or lets off fireworks or fire-balloons, or engages in such a manner as to cause or to be likely to cause, danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighborhood or risk of injury to property, shall be liable on conviction to a fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
