1[(1) The Registrar of the Veer Chandra Singh Garwali Horticulture & Forestry University be the fulltime officer of the University. Registrar will be appointed according to the provisions made by the State Government. (2) Registrar will be the ex-officio Secretary of the Board of Management, Education Council of the University and Committee constituted for the appointment of the teacher. (3) Registrar will be the appointing authority for the appointment of the class III &IV employees of the University. (4) Registrar will be authority for discharge of the administrative and financial functions of the University. (5) Registrar will be responsible for all matters concerning educational affiliation and institutional functions of the University according to the statutes. (6) The Registrar will be responsible for ensuring the inspection and complete supervision, of the colleges and institutions affiliated to the University as may be prescribed.]1 Dean of student Welfare
