(1) No person shall erect or occupy any building in the industrial development area in contravention of any building regulation made under sub-section (2). (2) The Authority may, by notification and with the prior approval of the State Government make regulations to regulate the erection of buildings and such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely-
