(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Hindu Public Religious Institutions (Prevention of Dissipation of Properties) [***]4 Act, 1962. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) [***]5 Repeal of U.P. Act No. 22 of 1962 as reenacted and modified by U.P. Act No. 55 of 1976
