(1) Any person aggrieved by an order made by the Tahsildar under section 6 [or by the debt Settlement Officer under section 6-A]1 may, within such period and in such manner as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal to the appellate officer. (2) In deciding the appeal, the appellate officer shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed and the decision of such officer on such appeal shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
