(1) The Uttar Pradesh Landless Agricultural Labourers Debt Relief Act, 1975, the Uttar Pradesh Rural Weaker Sections (Moratorium on Recovery of Debts) Act, 1975, and the Uttar Pradesh Debt Relief (Second) Ordinance, 1977, are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under any of the enactments repealed by sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
