Every application presented by a small farmer under section 17 shall contain the following particulars; namely -- (a) the name of the small farmer and the place where he resides or holds land; (b) the name and address of the creditor; (c) the particulars of all debts payable by a small farmer to each creditor. (d) the particulars of all properties of the small farmer together with the approximate value of such property and the place or places at which they are to be found; [(e) the particulars of the annual household income of the small farmer; (f) the gross value of the agricultural produce for the year referred to in section 20.]1 Determination of debt.
