- S. 3Section 3 empowers the District Magistrate to notify a person of allegations against them for being a Goonda and to provide an explanation opportunity.
- S. 4The District Magistrate can temporarily allow a person under a goonda order to re-enter the restricted area, subject to conditions.
- S. 5Section 5 allows the District Magistrate to extend the period of a goonda control order up to two years if necessary for public interest.
