(1) The Uttar Pradesh Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Ordinance, 1995 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) or of the Uttar Pradesh Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Ordinance, 1994 or the Uttar Pradesh Commission for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Second) Ordinance, 1994 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act as if the provisions of this Ordinance were in force at all material times.
