(1) There shall be paid to the Registrar such fees as may be prescribed; for -- (a) the registration of the bye-laws of a chit under section 3; (b) the grant of a certificate. of commencement under section 7; (c) filing with the Registrar of the chit agreement and copies of the documents under sections 12, 22, 23,. 31 and 34 ; (d) the inspection of documents and record under section 55: (e) the certified. copies or extracts of documents and records under section 55; (f) the audit of the accounts of the foreman and the issue of an audit certificate; and (g) such other matters as may be prescribed. (2) A table of the fees payable under sub-section (1), shall be published in the official Gazette. CHAPTER XI MISCELLANEOU Appeals
