Where a child is charged with an offence together with any, other person not being a child then notwithstanding any thing contained in this Act the child may be tried top ether with the adult in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, and nothing in this Act shall require the child to be tried by a Juvenile Court but the sentence, if any, awarded to the child shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Presence of persons on Juvenile courts
