(1) For the control and management of every school established under sub-section (1) of section 48, a superintendent and a committee shall be appointed by the State Government, and such superintendent and committee shall be deemed to be the manager of the school for the purposes of this Act. (2) Every school certified under sub-section (2) of section 48 shall be under the management of Such persons as may be approved by the State Government and the persons so approved shall be deemed to be the manager of the school for the purposes of this Act.
