A Reformation Officer shall be--- (a) any person appointed to be a Reformation Officer by the State Government, or (b) any person provided for this purpose by a society recognized in this behalf by the State Government; or (c) in any case where so necessary any other person appointed from time to time by the court subject to any general or special orders of the State Government.
