(1) The Uttar Pradesh Soil Conservation Act, 1954 is here- by repealed. (2) A plan Confirmed Under section 15 of the said Act shall be deemed to be a plan which has become final under this Act and a general notice thereof shall be published as required by, section 12. A plan prepared, under the former Act and riot so confirmed shall he deemed to be a draft plan prepared under section 9 of this Act and shall be proceeded-with accordingly. Removal of difficulties
