[Transfer of charge or mort- gage to land allotted during consolidation operations 6-A Where any land held by an agriculturist is subject to a charge or mortgage created in favour of a bank by an agriculturist and the rights title and interest of the agriculturist in the said land have ceased as a result of the enforcement of the final consolidation scheme under Chapter IV of the U. P.
