(1) Whenever two or more persons are prosecuted for any offence under this Act, the Magistrate may, if, for reasons to be recorded by him, he thinks fit, tender to any such poison a Pardon on condition of his making full and true disclosures of all facts connected with the offence. (2) Such person shall become a competent witness in the case and will not be liable to punishment for such offence so long as such pardon remains.
