Every person who has been granted a diploma by the State Medical Faculty in West Bengal or by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Bombay or by the East Punjab State Medical Faculty, the Central Provinces Medical Examination Board, the U. P. State Board of Medical Examinations, the Bihar and Orissa Medical Examination Board, the Burma Medical Examination Board or the Board of Examiners, Medical College; Madras declaring him to be qualified in like manner.
