(1) All rules, appointments, assessments partitions, and transfers made, notifications, proclamations, and orders issued, authorities and powers conferred, farms granted, records-of-rights and other records framed, rights acquired and liabilities incurred, rents fixed, places and times appointed, and other things done under any of the enactments hereby repealed shall, so far as may be, be deemed to have been respectively made, issued, conferred, granted, framed, acquired, incurred, fixed, appointed and done under this Ac. (2) Any enactment or document referring to any enactment hereby repealed, shall be construed to refer to this Act, or to the corresponding portion thereof.
