Any person other than the parent who, during the prescribed hours of attendance at school, utilizes on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, in connexion with any employment, whether for remuneration or not, the services of any child whose parent in required under this Act to cause him to attend a recognized primary school, shall, on conviction before a magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five rupees.
