Power to require owner to have sewer connection.- Where any premises are, in the opinion of a Jal Sansthan, without sufficient means of effectual disposal of sewage and the sewer of the Jal Sansthan is situated at a distance of fifty metres from any part of the premises, the Ja1 Sansthan may, by written notice, require the owner of the said premises to have sewer connection as provided by bye-laws.
