Original S. 58 rellumbered as sub-section (I) and a proviso and sub-section 2 illS. by U.P. Act 5 of 1984 (w.e.f 1-2-1984). 26 U.P. WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE ACT, 1975 [S.66] (d) for fountains, swimming baths, public baths or tanks or for any ornamental or mechanical purpose; (e) for animals, where they are kept for sale or hire or for the sale of their produce; (f) for the consumption and use at a restaurant or by inmates of hotel, boarding house or residential club; (g) for the consumption and use by the persons resorting to theatres and cinemas; (h) for watering streets; or (i) for washing vehicles where they are kept for sale or hire.
