Radius.- For the purpose of sub-clause (i) of clause (b) of Section 55 of the Uttar Pradesh Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1975, the radius shall be one hundred metres. _______________ [ 42 ] NOTIFICATIONS (1) Noti. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of clause (vi) of Section 25 of the Uttar Pradesh Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1975 (Uttar Pradesh Act 45 of 1975), Allahabad Jal Sansthan, Allahabad, has after obtaining the approval of the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, under sub-section (2) clause (vii) of Section 15 of the aforesaid Act, determined the rates of cost of water as detailed in Column 4, 5 and 6 in place of Column 3 below.
