(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Establishments (National Holidays) Act, 1961. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall come in to force on such date2 as the State Government may, by notification ill the Gazette, appoint in this behalf. Definitions
