Subs. words ‘Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University’, by UK Act no 32 of 2020. (j) ‘Technical Education’ means programmes of education, research and training in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, management, Town planning, Pharmacy and Applied Arts and Crafts and such other programmes of areas as the Central Government may in consultation with the All India Council for Technical Education, by notification in the Gazette, declare; (k) ‘University’ means the 4[Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University] established under section 3 of this Act; (l) ‘[Uttarakhand]1’ means the State of [Uttarakhand]1.
