Budget Release Orders shall be issued to each department, for the amount provided in the Budget Estimates for Scheduled Castes - 20 - Sub-Plan/Tribal Sub-Plan immediately after passing of the budget by the State Legislature in accordance with the schedule and norms prescribed.
