(1) This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes Sub- Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) Act, 2013. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Uttarakhand. (3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. Definitions
