(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act the Board may make bylaws to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely— (a) laying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum; (b) such matters which are not provided for in this Act and regulations. (2) The State Government may issue direction to amend or rescind of any by-laws made under this section by the Board or its Committee.
