(1) The State Government may make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) Rules made by the State Government shall as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Assembly. Repeal and Saving 10 (1) The Uttarakhand State Infrastuctre Development Board Ordinance, 2014(Ordinance no 05 of 2014) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
