(1) There shall be minimum three meetings conducted by the Board in a year and the Chairman of the Board shall authorized conducted a meeting in Dehradun, Provided that as per necessity, the Chairman may make summon meeting in other places of the State. (2) The quorum of the meeting and regulation of other matters shall be such as may be prescribed.
