(1) The Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Act, 2001 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the act referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have or taken under this Act.
