(1) Every Statute, Ordinance or Regulation made under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette. (2) Every Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act, shall, as soon as, may, after it is made, be placed before the State Assembly and the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 23-A of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (as applicable in the State of Uttarakhand) shall apply as they apply in respect of rules made by the State Government under any Uttarakhand Act. If the State Assembly agree in making any modification in the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations or do not agree to approve the same, as the case may be, so however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations.
