The University shall be self financing and shall neither make a demand nor shall be entitled to any grant-in-aid or any other financial assistance from the State Government or any other body or corporation owned or controlled by the State Government. However the University shall be entitled to receive any such grant which may be granted under any special scheme of the State Government or any other body or corporation. This shall have no effect on the self-finance status of the University. No Power to Affiliate Any Institution
